Data Subject Access Requests

Toasted Digital clients and employees have the right to request copies of the data which we hold for them.
This data is stored on both Toasted Digital physical machines, and on third party services including:
- G Suite
- Dropbox
- Toasted Digital Custom CRM
- FreeAgent
- GoCardless
- Hard Copies
How we package up and provide this data.
Using our data map, we will manually produce a spreadsheet of data for the client with a dated timestamp.
What we will not include
We will not include any passwords we hold for security purposes.
Clients and employees have the right to request deletion of passwords separately.
Lead time for data
We will endeavor to produce the data request document as soon as possible. It may take up to 90 days. We will respond to you within one month.
Delivery of data
We send the document in a password protected encrypted zip over email. We will hold a copy of the data worksheet for 30 days, after which it will be securely deleted.
