Data Retention Schedule

Data relating to project management	We retain data relating to client project management for five years after the last project end with the client.
Accounting data	We retain all accounting data for 6 years after the last financial year end, as compliant with HMRC.
Employee Data	We retain all personal data relating to employees for 3 years after their employment termination date.
Emails	We delete all emails after five years of their sent date unless: We are required to keep them by law, or in relation to any legal proceedings. They relate to any current project or active client.

Clients or website users can request their data is deleted at any time, subject to the terms of our Data Deletion Policy.

Clients or employees are also able to request a copy of their data subject to the terms of our Data Request Policy.
