Data Destruction Policy

Where data is stored on our hard drives, we will use secure deletion software with at least one pass to remove it.
Where data is stored as a hard copy, it will be shredded.
Third Party Deletion
Where data is stored using third party services, it will be subject to their data destruction policy. We will endeavor to destroy this data in the most complete and secure way possible.
Where deletion is requested, the client is placed on an internal deletion register which tracks the lead times and status of each data set being deleted.
The client can request access to the status of this at any time. This may take up to 30 days.
Once the deletion schedule is completed, after 30 days the register data relating to the client’s request will be deleted.
